Terms and Conditions

-Rate and Deposit:

• Website rates quoted are based on your period of Stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of charges in your arrival and or departure dates.
• Rates quoted are in USD (United State of American Dollars)
• The rate will be depended on Seasonal/ off seasonal time, Numbers of Visitors, Numbers of Room booking, Travel Partners Company, and Group Booking.
• Quoted Rate includes Applicable Government Tax and Service Fees
• The Maximum number of guests per room is 3 Adult
• For the booking, Confirmation needs to give us your passport copy and flight detail or Valid Credit Card.
• The hotel will be accepted advance payment or deposit if you feel comfortable.

- Early Arrival and Late Departure:

• Early Check-in and Late Checkout are available on the request subject to room available.
• Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal Check-in time, you are advised to approach the hotel’s guest relation desk for assistance on storing your luggage until check-in is available.

-Check-in and Checkout Time:

• Check in time from 12:00 pm and check out time before 12:00noon.
• A Valid Government issued identification or Passport is required at check-in.

-  Pay by Credit Card:

• If you are paying your bill by any of Credit Card, you have to pay bank fees (4% Extra)
• The Hotel accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERIAN EXPRESS, JCB and CHINA UNION.

- Cancelation Policy:

• Free Cancellation must be the made1 week prior check-in date.
• Cancellation made within 1 week of arrival date will be incurring a cancellation fee of full charge.
• Peak season’s booking is non-refundable (Feb to May & Sep to Nov).

• Washing is sticky prohibit in the bathroom
